It’s telling me that getting up at 5am will pay off. It’s telling me that learning the true meaning of moderation will be stressful, but oh so worth it. &lt;p&gt;20 mins cardio (interval running, rowing machine)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;50crunches&lt;br/&gt; 50x2 oblique crunches&lt;br/&gt; Repeatx2&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;100 squats w/ 6lb kettlebell swings&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;50 jumping jacks&lt;br/&gt; 20 plié squats (15x2 side lunge oblique crunch)&lt;br/&gt; 30 high knees &lt;br/&gt; 20 tricep dips&lt;br/&gt; 30 mountain climbers&lt;br/&gt; 20 squat twists (weights)&lt;br/&gt; 10 burpees&lt;br/&gt; 20 Russian twists (weights)&lt;br/&gt; 15x2 triceps extensions (weights)&lt;br/&gt; 50 jump rope&lt;br/&gt; 15x2 plank scissors (30 toe taps)&lt;br/&gt; 50 jump rope&lt;br/&gt; 15x2 donkey kicks&lt;br/&gt; 50 jump rope&lt;br/&gt; The hundred balancing ball&lt;br/&gt; 10x2 step up kick back with shoulder press &lt;br/&gt; 50 jump rope&lt;br/&gt; 20 tricep pushups on yoga ball&lt;br/&gt; 15x2 standing oblique crunches&lt;br/&gt; 20 touchdowns (30 skaters)&lt;br/&gt; Repeat X1 (workout changes)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;~ I woke up yesterday and I had a feeling that I won’t like the diet I’d draw from the jar.. and I was right - it was juicing, but I was out pretty much all day so I couldn’t really make my own juice - I just had to drink what was available. Fortunately for me, I found Vermont’s Beet It, beetroot juice so I was happy about that. Also drank 0.9l tropical Innocent juice ^.^ I did cheat a bit :-/ so it was more like 50/50 juice day.. oh well.. at least I’m still Mia-free!&lt;/p&gt;
